Nick Bunstone is a Solicitor who qualifed in 2008 and has a wealth of conveyancing experience. Nick has assisted all types of client from National companies to young first-time buyers and is aware of all of the unique circumstances that surround each type of client. Nick has also assisted parties with more ‘non-standard’ transaction types such as applications to Council for route / pathway access and complex adverse possession claims.

Jake qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2016 and joined the Company shortly after.
He has quickly worked his way up the ranks and having served as Head of Conveyancing is now a Director holding a Council of Licensed Conveyancers Managers License. Jake’s experience is broad having worked on all manner of property titles and clients of varied backgrounds from people moving home to working with construction companies on the creation of housing developments.

Anna is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives having qualified in 2010, she specialises in residential conveyancing. Anna worked previously at a multi-award winning practice and joined our team in Summer 2020.
Throughout her extensive experience in residential property, Anna has experienced most of the matters that can arise within the process of buying and selling residential properties.

Allison was the first ever employee to join JP Goldman, her can-do attitude and client centric approach has meant that she has been an invaluable member of the team ever since.
